GiantBikeSpares.com is a website run by Revel Outdoors Limited, a UK company operating since 2007. We comply fully with all UK laws including distance selling regulations and would like your shopping experience with us to be enjoyable, informative and simple.

The following terms and conditions govern your use of our website, but they do not affect your statutory rights:

(1) Privacy Policy and Website Security

We take online security extremely seriously and have taken several steps to ensure that any personal information is processed confidentially and securely. To process online transactions we require your name, e-mail address, delivery address and payment details. Payment can be made directly through Paypal, or by using your credit or debit card in which case we require your card number and associated details, as well as a billing address. At no point are your credit or debit card details stored on our servers. All personal information is transferred to our secure servers via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), the industry standard encryption technology. This encryption makes it virtually impossible for unauthorised parties to read any information that you send us.

We will not use your personal details for any other reason other than processing your order or informing you about our products and services. We will never pass any of your details on to third parties for profit or otherwise.

(2) Errors and Omissions

While we have taken every effort to ensure that the information contained within this website is correct at the time of going live, Revel Outdoors cannot be held responsible for any errors and omissions or any information which may be incomplete, inaccurate or may have become out of date. Whilst we try to ensure all prices, product descriptions and availability are correct we cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions.

(3) Prices

All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. Purchasers should note that prices quoted may vary and current prices are quoted at the time of order.

(4) Payments

Our payments are processed by PayPal or Stripe. PayPal and Stripe are both trusted leaders in online payments, enabling buyers and businesses to send and receive money online. PayPal has over 100 million member accounts in 190 countries and regions. PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.

(5) Delivery Policy

Items will be dispatched as soon as possible after receiving the order. We aim to ship in stock items on the same or following working day as the order is placed.

Please note: Delivery estimates are provided by our carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. Items are only classed as lost in transit after 10 working days (30 working days outside the UK).

Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to postal delays or force majeure, for which we will not be held responsible.

(6) Returns Policy (Internet and Mail Order)

It's important to us that you get the products you want and expect from us, so if for any reason you need to return something, we will be happy to exchange or refund it. If alternative items are needed we would always suggest making a new order.

If you wish to return any item(s), you may do so within 25 days of receipt. Please follow the instructions below:

• Ensure the goods are in a resaleable condition, including packaging. A 10% repackaging fee may be charged for damaged packaging. Used or damaged goods may not be accepted for return.
• Return the goods to us - you are responsible for return postage costs and ensuring the goods are well packaged.
• Please include the returns slip at the bottom of the order invoice, stating the reason for return and your order number.
• Do clearly state RETURNS on the outside of the parcel as, if coming back from outside the UK, customs charges will be incurred, which we are unable to refund.

Once we have received and checked your returned order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for the items returned. Return postage will only be paid for genuine picking errors or defective products, up to our standard postage charge.

Please Note: Returns due to incomplete/incorrect addresses will NOT result in a refund of our shipping charge.
